  • Guest：According to my reservation, I’ve chosen a room with two breakfast for two nights, however , your staff said that the reservation showed only one breakfast included, I didnt know why, I got the answer after a few minutes. The lady offered a welcoming fruit to show her apology, however, there wasn’t any fruit after my three-days stay!? Moreover, the second morning, I went to the restaurant at nine, I thought I was not too late, I needed to wait outside the restaurant! And the food there was very limited, the service of the chefs was not good! The food refilled very late, and the choice of drinks was very limited, is it really a 5-star hotel? I really doubt it! I couldn’t even get a cup of coffee since there was a long queue waiting for a drink! Oh my God! It’s absolutely unacceptable! Hope you will improve as a so-called 5-star hotel, I’d prefer to stay in 美爵next time, I regretted that I had chosen this “5-star hotel!
